Every time I try to log in I can only get as far as the account listing giving account amounts. then the internet drops out(explorer),all other web sites no problem.have connected anz who told me to use the http:// box. it worked one time only. this problem has been with me for two weeks. I connot operate with this problem.please help me as I am not very computer wise as I am close to 80 years young
