I find it very frustrating when i am put on eternal hold. I had only one question and that was to find out why Money was deducted from my account without my ok. I chose to make a call from home only because i no longer enjoy visiting the local branch. I donot like the inpersonal way of making withdrawls i find using a phone that everyone else uses totaly discusting. Is there a Credit Union in the area that still welcomes customers and does not require me to use a public phone. or are those days GONE.
